Synthflow builds AI voice agents that answer and make calls for contact centers, outsourcers and multi-location brands. It is sold only on annual enterprise contracts12.
Best for: Contact centers and multi-location brands that want custom voice agents inside their phone system, implemented with the vendor’s engineers.
Not the right fit for: Small and mid-sized companies looking for a ready-made receptionist with a monthly price.
What Synthflow does
Synthflow's agents work inside the customer's phone system, resolve routine requests end to end and update the CRM during the call1. Each contract is scoped around call volume and concurrency, routing, escalation paths and handoffs, telephony (its own, SIP trunking or approved enterprise systems), CRM, calendar and contact-center integrations, security review and, where included, launch by its forward-deployed engineers2. The company says it handles more than a million calls a day in more than 30 countries2.

Questions to ask Synthflow

- How are escalations to people designed and measured?
- What do we own if we leave: prompts, flows, recordings?
